Validation

Regulatory compliance is essential to your operation. For this reason, with a wide selection of our products, you can request full supporting documentation in the form of an Installation and Operation Qualification (IQ/OQ) manual, in order to guide you through the validation process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can undertake this work for you. All Installation and Operation Qualification (IQ/OQ) manuals supplied by Copley Scientific comply with GxP requirements. In certain cases we are also able to offer an on-site Performance Qualification (PQ) where this may be pertinent (for example, tablet dissolution testing). Quotations for these services are available on request.


Calibration and Preventative Maintenance

Your equipment is automatically guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. Shortly before the expiration of this period, we recommend that you take advantage of one of our flexible service contracts. Wherever possible a service visit will incorporate both preventative maintenance and calibration functions, resulting in minimum inconvenience and maximum financial advantage. Customers benefiting from our servicing agreements will have their equipment automatically logged onto our Calibration Management System, in order to store calibration data and routine maintenance records throughout their service life.
