Are you a marketer with a passion for technical content and a proficiency in project management? We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Marketing Specialist to lead the implementation of our comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring every task is completed with precision, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, these include:
- Execute marketing plans, coordinating with various teams for timely task completion
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, highlighting key milestones and deadlines
- Assign tasks to team members and external agencies, ensuring clear communication of expectations and timelines
- Adapt plans to changes, maintaining project objectives and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of marketing plans
- Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, providing insights into progress, challenges, and potential solutions
- Identify and address obstacles or delays in project execution, proactively keeping projects on track
- Assist in developing marketing materials aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies to support marketing objectives
- Effectively manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and best marketing practices, seeking opportunities to optimise processes and enhance performance
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Degree qualified in a science or engineering-based subject
- Proven experience in marketing project management
- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing channels and tactics
- Strong proofreading and copywriting abilities
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic
- Thorough attention to detail
- Experience using metrics for reporting and performance purposes

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to £35,000 per annum, based on skills and experience
