Investigating the Impact of Electrostatics on Delivered Dose Uniformity for pMDIs

In this poster published at RDD 2022, an automated shake and fire system was used to asses the accumulation of charge associated with repeat pMDI firing (as required for delivered dose uniformity (DDU) over the entire contents testing), the impact of charge on measurement variability and the effectiveness of an anti-static device, for a range of pMDI canister types.

This poster was presented at Respiratory Drug Delivery 2022.
