The innovations show how Copley is shaping the future of inhaler testing, addressing long-standing challenges around fragmented workflows, manual data handling, disconnected systems and information silos. They exemplify the company’s unique ability to combine specialist equipment, software, automation, services and technical expertise to optimise inhaler testing practice. With Inhalytix+ v2.0 as a powerful digital hub and the TPK 200iX delivering advanced and extended method control, Copley is helping laboratories build connected capability in a practical, stepwise way.

Inhalytix+ V2.0 offers a controlled digital environment for inhaler testing. It provides a framework for laboratories seeking greater reliability and traceability across the inhaler testing workflow, from method set-up to review and reporting. It streamlines and enhances testing by:

  • connecting directly to equipment, driving testing and drawing critical data into the wider centralising method and workflow management, supporting consistent set-up, review and reporting.
  • linking test equipment information such as mensuration and calibration data to the test record, helping laboratories maintain clear visibility of equipment condition and strengthen traceability.
  • expanding data review options, adding enhanced graphical outputs and customisable reports.

The new TPK 200iX realises the potential of connected workflows via first-in-class two-way connectivity. Successor to the industry-standard TPK 100i, it combines enhanced, patent-pending flow control capability with digital method control. When connected with Inhalytix+ v2.0, it enables approved methods and authorised user permissions to be made available on connected TPK 200iX units, while operating information and reports are returned to the wider digital test record. Key advances include:

  • broader critical flow control capability: with extended run time, lower flow-rate capability and enhanced workflow visibility.
  • guided test set-up: an all-new user experience guides analysts step-by-step through test set-up and operation, supporting more consistent critical flow control workflows.
  • returned reports and operating information: helping build a clearer digital record of critical flow control activity.
